Based between Brighton & Hove, London and ‘virtually anywhere’, SuperPA was set up by Katja von Schweitzer in 2011. Working as a Virtual Assistant, Katja provides a variety of business support services ranging from virtual PA, secretarial, admin and lifestyle management, for individuals, high profile entrepreneurs and SMEs in the UK as well as around the world.

With over 20 years of organising and project management experience combined with 20 years of marketing experience, Katja is a skilled VA / Virtual PA (virtual personal assistant) able to support and understand your business ensuring that your needs and expectations are met to the highest standards possible.

Organisation: it’s in my genes, I am German after all! Don’t be misled though, apart from the fact that I went to an American International School spent some time at a Swiss finishing school, the majority of my education was spent in the UK and my grammar and spelling are Oxford English Dictionary perfect as is my accent!

I spent the first half of my working life as a Personal Assistant at senior management and director level in a variety of industries. The second half of my working life has been spent working within the marketing industry on both agency and client-side. I have competently managed projects for employers and clients in a diverse range of industries including: travel and tourism, education, healthcare, beauty, law, writing instruments, fashion retail, finance, council and telecommunications. Projects have included marketing and publicity materials, PR, above and below the line advertising campaigns, research, brand management, and website development.

After a long period of commuting, I decided to operate my own business and offer clients not just in Brighton & Hove, London and the South East of UK, but anywhere in the world, an extra pair of hands using my full skill set on a remote basis.

I get to know your business inside out and go the extra mile to take care of things you don’t want to do or don’t have the time for. Energetic and confident with a creative flair I fit in seamlessly to become an integral part of your business and busy life. I can certainly hit the ground running!

I love the world of social media and enjoy nothing more than planning, research, formatting and proofreading. I'm well equipped to add value right at the heart of your business.
